Booking Reminders

• 50% of the package cost is due to secure your booking.

• The event date and time will be scheduled based on the time you have booked when purchasing the package.

• You have a 15-minutes grace period. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Damage to our materials will be the responsibility of the client.

• Any additional cost incurred during the proposal or room decor setup such as restaurant bills, transportation fees, airbnb, hotel or extra services not included in the package, are the responsibility of the client.
